On the occasion of the visit of the NATO Secretary General H. E. Anders Fogh Rasmussen to Lithuania, the Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University in association with the Lithuanian Foreign Policy Forum kindly invites you to a high level discussion on NATO's role in the 21st century and the prospects of its new Strategic Concept.
