There are three different procedure of application depending on your student status and programme of choice.
- Degree students
There are two application procedures depending on the basis of your citizenship.

| If you have a permanent residency permit in Lithuania, as well as citizens of European Union and European Economic Area countries apply under the same conditions as Lithuanian applicants. All of them are admitted through joint admission. The Lithuanian Higher Institutions Association for Organizing Joint Admission (LAMA BPO) develops and carries out admission procedures applicable to all its members. An international applicant from any other country who does not fall into any of the categories mentioned in 1st group are accepted under following rules described on this webpage.
