Scholarships and yearly study fee funding of the state budget of Republic of Lithuania
Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuanian has announced the available funding for full-time second-cycle students.

A scholarship and allowance to cover the cost of study shall be allotted to no more than two foreigners of Lithuanian origin. |
Eligible to apply for only a scholarship are nationals of the Republic of Armenia, of the Republic of Azerbaijan and of the Republic of Kazakhstan. |

State Scholarships
State scholarships under international agreements and bilateral exchange programmes are designed for students, lecturers and researchers of higher education and research institutions to enable them to study or carry out research at state higher education and research institutions of the Republic of Lithuania. Students and researchers from different fields of studies or research are welcome to apply for Lithuanian state scholarships.

Grant which covers one semester tuition fee
Vilnius University offers 5 grants for full time non EU/EEA students which covers one semester tuition fee it they meet following requirements:
- They must be citizens of a non EU/EEA country.
- They must not be supported by any other scholarship or funds.
- They must spent at least one or two semesters in one of Master degree programmes taught in English and Russian offered at Vilnius University.
- They must submit Faculty recommendation and the grant request letter in which they have to indicate why they believe they should be considered for this grant. Documents should be submitted by the end of each semester to the International Programmes and Relations Office.
Eligible students are selected for a grant which covers one semester tuition fee on the basis of their academic achievements.
