Basic Russian

The Basic course is designed to develop all the basic skills required for successful communication both in written and spoken form. It provides information on sociocultural context and the rules of communication of Russian’s.
The course includes: developing pronunciation, learning the phonetic structure of the word in the stream of speech, grammar system: the form system of nouns and adjectives, agreement in gender, number and case, the meaning and use of different cases, verb Aspects, Verbs of Motion, Impersonal Construction. Great attention will be paid to extension of the vocabulary, development of communication skills and habits in different real-life situations making thematic monologues and dialogues using the given vocabulary and grammar, development of sociocultural competence on topics: About Yourself, Health. How You Feel, Hobbies. Interests, Getting Around the City, In the Store, Using the Phone, Free Time and Invitations, Holidays and Congratulations.

The duration of the course is 14 days: 10 days will be spent on the education programme, 3 days of the relaxation and 1 day for arrival. The course will consist of classes and excursions.
