The system enables to measure and analyze fluorescence decay profiles with 5 ps time resolution and temporary spectrophotometry using 2D photon counting method. Time resolution 25-30 ps.

Luminescence is dispersed using 30 cm spectrometer and analyzed using CCD camera in the spectral range of 0.8-2.2 µm. The camera is cooled down to –90 °C to reduce noise. CW and pulsed lasers can be used for excitation.
