Distributed memory cluster.
Cluster has 80 computing nodes (one node has 12 computing cores, 96 BG RAM) and 40 computing nodes (16 computing cores per one node, 128 GB RAM); x86-64 architecture. Nodes are connected by IB network. The whole system uses 300 TB of disk memory.
Time unit for the use of the cluster – an astronomic hour of a 12-core node.
Application. OpenMP and MPI calculations using the necessary amount of nodes, cores and memory in Linux environment.
