Protein identification by mass spectrometry,Identification of protein posttranslational modifications,De novo peptide sequencing,Identification of protein molecular weight.

Protein analysis by various mass spectrometers coupled with nano-liquid chromatographers enable to identify proteins, characterized their chemical modifications and perform peptide de novo sequencing. This can be applied for protein biomarker discovery and validations (diagnostics, prognostics and individual therapy), identification and validation of surrogate markers for optimization of biotechnological processes and characterization of protein-based products purity and in some cases their biological activity. We can perform high throughput quantitative (label-free) proteomics analysis, which results in identification and quantitations of ~10 000 proteins per sample.

Application.1. Protein identification by peptide mass spectrometry (MS/MS); 2. Search and identification of protein modifications; 3. Peptide sequence determination (sequencing) de novo; 4. Determination of protein molecular weight.
