System which enables to register small intensity phosphorescence spectra by blocking intense fluorescence signal at initial time scale.

System consists of spectrograph, gratings, optical cables, iCCD camera and software.
Input aperture f/4.
Focal length > 300 mm.
Wavelength accuracy < 0.05.
Wavelength repeatability ≤ 5 pm.
Resolution ≤ 0.5 nm.
Spectral range of visual amplifier: from 200 nm to 850 nm.
Minimal delay duration < 3 ns.
Maximal photocathode repetition rate - ≥450 kHz without UV function - ≥ 4 kHz with UV function.

Application.  Determination of singlet and triplet energy levels.
