Fully equipped R&D equipment allows to perform SMT assembly in small quantities. Three-dimensional milling machine allows to perform mechanical prototyping of mechanical parts.

Application. Possibility to solder SMT with manual pick-and-place and soldering oven satisfying ROHS requirements. Possibility to mill three-dimensional prototypes made of wood, plastic or aluminum. Mechanical accuracy of 2 µm. The thinnest endmill is 0,2 mm in diameter.
