Instrument VUTEG-3 is designed and fabricated at VU for contactless and distant measurements of the microwave probed photoconductivity transients.

The micro-chip 400 ps pulsed laser and fiber transfer line is installed for excitation of photoconductivity. The needle-tip antenna is employed for the photo-response probing.

Application. Instrument VUTEG-3 is devoted for the in situ, remote and contactless measurements of evolution of the carrier recombination parameters in Si structures within particle accelerator area.
