Device is suitable for formation of various coatings using spin-coating technique. All processes are program-controlled.

Maximum dimensions of round pallets are ~ 150 mm, square pallets ~ 125 mm. Spin speed up to 12000 rev., acceleration up to 13000 rev / s. 4 separate program-controlled dispensers.
