The device is designed to visualise surface irregularities and to measure mechanical properties, such as hardness. The measurement is performed by scanning a sample using a nano size needle.

Application. Various samples can be scanned: from very hard to biological objects. Scanning field 150 x 150 microns, height of the structures - up to 1 micron. It is possible to measure in water or other non-aggressive liquid.
