Allows to determine three-dimensional structures of biological macromolecules and small organic molecules if the sample is available in a single crystal form.

Technical characteristics
Radiation: Cu Kα linija, MM-007HF rotating anode generator, VariMax focusing mirrors; detectors: for protein crystallography – Rigaku Raxis-IV++ image plate detector; for organic molecule single crystals – Pilatus 200K directo conversion detector; resolution: for protein crystals – up to 1.2Å; small organic molecule crystals – up to 0.8Å; 2θ angles when using the Pilatus detector – up to 90º (an AFC kapa goniostate is installed); measurement temperature – 90K–292K (Oxford CryoStream cryosystem).

Application. Structural biology, chemistry, material science
