Platform for a high throughput analysis of bacterial pathogens which consists of robotic system for setting up PCR reactions, workstations for automatic DNA isolation, high capacity PCR devices, system for pulsed field electrophoresis.

Application. 1. High throughput isolation of DNA from bacteria, viruses, eukaryotic cells for molecular biology, 2.High throughput preparation of low volume reaction samples for molecular biology, 3.
