Spatial chemical composition analysis of solid state samples with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDX/EDS) of a scanning electron microscope (EMS) CamScan Apollo 300. Mapping of spatial distribution of chemical elements on the surface of the investigated sample.

Application. Investigation of chemical composition solid state sample surface with SEM/EDX for optoelectronic, chemical, food, metal and other industries. Possibility to determine the chemical composition of solid state materials, when the proportion of these chemical elements in the material is no less than 2 %.
