Precision measuring equipment for measuring fluorescence spectra of samples.
The spectral range is 250 nm - 1400 nm (resolution 0.2 nm, S/N 12000: 1). Double excitation and emission monochromators (1:10-10 extraneous light diffusion). Excitation sources: VUV (deuterium lamp 160 nm), Xe 450W lamp (250-1400 nm), micrompulse Xe 50 W lamp (250-750 nm), nano-pulse lamp (250-450 nm), picosecond lasers (405 nm, 445 nm), continuous and pulsed laser (CNI) 980 nm, 808 nm. Detectors: photomultiplier (PMT R928P) with time resolution (250-800nm), photomultiplier (PMT R2658P) (500-1100nm), extremely effective photomultiplier (H10720-01), NIR photomultiplier (C9940-02) (500-1400nm). Holders for powders, cuvettes, plates. Thermostable powder cell (77-500 K), polarizers (250-1400 nm), Teflon-coated integration sphere.
Application. Equipment is designed for measuring sample excitation and emission spectra in steady state and pulse mode. Excitation and emission range is from 160 nm to 1400 nm (subject to certain exceptions). Samples may be powder, liquids, coatings. Thermostatation of powders is possible (77-500 K). The device's sensitivity and resolution make it possible to measure even very poorly glowing samples. Quantum efficiency measurements can be performed. The device is also suitable for upconversion measurements in steady state and pulse mode. Software can calculate color coordinates, perform kinetic data processing, and evaluate statistical data.
