Biological, Molecular Research and in Vitro Technologies of Plant Genetic Resources and Natural Ecosystems. Dr (HP) I. Pašakinskienė, 2021–2025.
The long-term dynamics of the ectomycorrhizal community of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) seedlings harvested during the last two years in the clear-cut forest were examined and evaluated using a mixed method with traditional and molecular methods. The investigation of the size and structure of genomes of the natural plant polyploid Festuca gigantea L. was continued. The structure of blue-berried honeysuckle (Lonicera caerulea L.) populations by molecular methods were investigated. Plants of the genus Syringa L. were multiplied micro-vegetatively and maintained in vitro.
