Tuition Fees and Payment Information

Your tuition fee depends on your study programme and funding type. Below you will find information about payment procedures, deadlines, and available support options.

Tuition Fees and Payment Deadlines

Students who study in state-non-funded study places must pay tuition fees.

If you are admitted to a state-non-funded through LAMA BPO or the VU ISAS system

You must pay the tuition fee for each semester by the end of the first month of that semester

If you are admitted to a state-non-funded study place through Dream Apply

You must pay the tuition fee for the first year of studies within 15 calendar days from the date you receive the invitation to study. Tuition fees for later semesters must be paid by the end of the first month of each semester.

If an unclassified student terminates the study agreement, the part of the paid tuition fee that corresponds to the annual study price (or the price of the studied course units) is refunded in accordance with the Vilnius University Tuition Fee Payment, Refund, and Recovery Procedure.

Payment Methods

Tuition fees can be paid via electronic banking services provided by Swedbank or SEB bank or via bank transfers at any other bank. Please pay your tuition fees in the bank where you have opened your account. When paying via bank transfer, it is necessary to specify all the information provided in the payment order formed in the VU Study Information System eStudent or the VU Admission System Dream Apply, respectively.

If you have any questions, please contact the Study Office of your Faculty (Academic Unit).
