Tuition Fee Waiver for Full-Time Master Degree Studies
The tuition fee waiver will be awarded to the 5 most motivated and competent non-EU/EEA students applying for Vilnius University master’s degree study programmes taught in English or Russian language. This scholarship covers the full cost of the tuition fee.

How to apply
- Application deadline for tuition fee waivers is 1 April 2026.
- Candidates must apply through https://apply.vu.lt.
- Candidates must submit all necessary documents for admission and tick the appropriate field in the admission system.
- An application fee of 100.00 EUR should be paid by all applicants.
- The tuition fee for the first year must be paid by applicants.
Selection Procedures
- Selected candidates will be invited for a virtual interview and informed via e-mail no later than 27 April 2026. Only selected candidates will be informed.
- Interviews will take place on 4-14 May 2026.
- The final list of students who receive Vilnius University granted tuition fee waiver will be announced no later than 15 May 2026.
