This is an engaging program that helps you discover your strengths, assess your current level of five essential competencies—collaboration, responsibility, interculturalism, problem solving, and openness to change—and find ways to further develop them. Organized in collaboration with partner organizations and guest speakers, it provides real-world perspectives and insights while creating a supportive space for learning, networking, and growth.

Participate in the program, develop future competencies, obtain a certificate and a certified LinkedIn badge for the skills, knowledge, and experience you have gained through informal activities.
