Optinių dangų charakterizavimas.

Prietaiso aprašymas: 

Nr. 1: matavimams reikalingas lazerinis šaltinis. Matavimo stotis skirta nuo 1 Hz iki 100 kHz lazerio impulsų pasikartojimo dažniui. Matavimus galima atlikti šiems bangos ilgiams: 1030-1064 nm, 515-532 nm, 343-355 nm. Automatinis bandinio pozicionavimas galimas x ir y plokštumose (diapazonas ≥70 mm).
Nr. 2: matavimams reikalingas lazerinis šaltinis. Galima atlikti matavimus 1Hz-10 kHz lazerio impulsų pasikartojimo dažniu šiems bangos ilgiams: 760 - 840 nm, 380 - 420 nm. Automatinis bandinio pozicionavimas galimas x ir y plokštumose (diapazonas ≥70 mm).
