
Registration for Remote Lecture for Students "My purposeful connection with supervisor? Practice and tips to aid student well-being during thesis writing term"
Remote lecture held on 26th October 15:00-16:30
In the online lecture for students, we will discuss:
- how to communicate effectively with a supervisor during the thesis-writing process;
- what practices help maintain psychological well-being during this intense academic period;
- participants will receive practical advice on how to structure supervision meetings;
- how to manage expectations and take care of emotional stability during the final stage of studies.
About the speaker: A medical psychologist, member of the Lithuanian Psychologists’ Crisis and Disaster Committee, with experience working on clinical cases. An alumnus of the University of South Wales and Vilnius University, they began their counselling practice in 2023 and apply Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills. They are also a psychologist for the VU community and a member of the psychological crisis response team.
