The workshop will focus on enhancing skills in post-award financial management and improving practices for organizing Project Kick-Off Meetings across institutions.

Over two days, participants from Vilnius University, the University of Graz, the University of Granada, Leipzig University, and the University of Wrocław will engage in discussions, job shadowing sessions, and collaborative planning. The programme will include an exchange of best practices on internal Project Kick-Off Meetings, a review of the CoP work plan, learning materials, and staff development initiatives, as well as hands-on experience in observing different approaches to project management. The event will also feature a meeting with the Science and Projects Department of the Faculty of Philosophy at Vilnius University, where participants will reflect on key takeaways and develop joint recommendations for improving project management processes.

The workshop will conclude with a guided tour of Vilnius University, offering participants an opportunity to explore one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious academic institutions. By fostering peer learning and collaboration, the Arqus CoP initiative continues to strengthen cooperation between European universities and contribute to more effective project management strategies across the network.
