On April 28th, 3.00p.m. Gender Studies Centre invites to the seminar: “Public places/private spaces: investigations by contemporary artists“.
The Speaker - Malene Vest Hansen- talks about the demarcating line between public and private space, that follows cultural and social changes and is contested with questions of gender at its core. She will discuss how contemporary feminist art projects intervene in this vital territory.
Malene Vest Hansen, Ph.D. in art history.,President of AICA DK, the Danish Association of Art Critics.
The seminar will take place in Vilnius University Library (3 Universiteto St., B3 seminar room, III floor).
