German Research DayAre you planning on doing research or doing a doctorate in Germany? Are you looking for collaboration partners at German research institutions and universities?

If so, we invite you to visit the "German Research Day" on April 20th at the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, Vilnius. The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in collaboration with www.research-in-germany.de and the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences (LMA) are holding this event to offer advice and information about the German research sector and research market.

Lecturers by high-standing German research facilities and research funding organisations e.g. Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG), Max-Planck- Gesellschaft (MPG), Leibniz-Gemeinschaft (LG) and Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung (AvH) will give presentations in English/German about their research programmes, support services and scholarship opportunities. The Baltisch-Deutsches Hochschulkontor (BDHK) and the Kontaktbüro Hochschulen Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (KBMV) will be among these partners. As well as these presentations there will be information desks where you can discuss your ideas and requirements in detail.
