Lecture of the famous U.S. historian Prof. Timothy Snyder

The Polish Institute in Vilnius and the Faculty of History of Vilnius University are kindly inviting the public to Prof. Timothy Snyder's lecture "Bloodlands: Europe between Hitler and Stalin" on May 16, 2012 (Wednesday), at 5 p.m. in the Small Hall of Vilnius University (Universiteto g. 3).
Timothy David Snyder is an American historian who teaches history at Yale University. His work focuses on Eastern European history and Holocaust research. He has received several awards for his books, including the 2003 George Louis Beer Prize of the American Historical Association.
