Why choose this programme?

Professor Dr. Aida Mačerinskienė

The program's founder, Dean of the FEBA

Many businesses in Lithuania are self-taught, adapting to market conditions as they grow. However, without specific knowledge of business process management, their growth potential may be limited. This is why our Master's degree program was created: to support businesses in achieving greater success by improving efficiency, reducing costs, and saving time—all while maintaining service quality and meeting stakeholder needs.

As a Master's program in Business Process Management, it also enhances academic competencies, equipping graduates for potential careers in academia.

Why choose this programme?

Viltė Žilinskaitė

Business Process Management Alumni 2022

The Business Process Management study programme at Vilnius University allowed me to deepen my theoretical knowledge and acquire new ones. I really appreciate and enjoy the professionalism of the lecturers, who are specialists in their fields. They not only provided theoretical knowledge, but also tried to present the information through practical examples, which made it even easier to understand the processes in the companies. The Business Process Management study programme taught the student to think systematically, enabling them to make informed and measured decisions in business in a changing environment. I believe that I will be able to apply the knowledge I have gained in my work to achieve excellent results
