Ukrainian citizens can find information here on how to take care of their emotional state and well-being. Assistance is provided with both by mail at  and by phone: +37069934818 (in Russian), and +37065899392 (in English, Ukrainian, and Russian).


Information regarding tuition fee

Ukrainian citizens who are already studying at VU and facing financial difficulties are exempt from tuition fees. However, the application must be submitted in the VU study information system is.vu.lt (“Application for reduced tuition”).


Scholarship fund for Ukrainian students

Ukrainian citizens who are already studying at VU and facing financial difficulties can apply for a one-time social scholarship by filling in an application in the VU study information system is.vu.lt (application “For a one-time social scholarship”). Additional documents are not required, but please provide motivation and justification. Supplementary records may be requested if the administrator requests clarification of some details or a copy of family income.


Dormitory fee

Ukrainian citizens who are already studying at VU and facing financial difficulties are exempt from the dormitory fee.
