Challenges of New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence to the Criminal Justice. Head – Prof. Habil. Dr G. Švedas. 2019–2021.

Research on the challenges that new technologies and artificial intelligence imply to the criminal law, criminal process and execution of punishments, problems of international and EU legal acts, Criminal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure and Code of Punishment Execution and application of the laws and other legal acts, related to them, jurisprudence of national and international courts, and, also, factors and tendencies of penal politics in Lithuania was developed and academically motivated recommendations and publications were prepared.

Research on the execution and regulation of the legal regulations of new business forms and possibilities to digitalize them, problems of national and EU legal acts on civil law, civil process and analysis of labor law and jurisprudence of national and international courts, and, also, the new tendencies of legal regulation of private law in the digitalization era was developed and academically motivated recommendations and publications were prepared.
