Students and young researchers from across the world are invited to gather in Vilnius for The COINS 2026, the 20th International Life Sciences Conference, which will take place on 16–19 March 2026 at the Life Sciences Center of Vilnius University.

Organised entirely by students of Vilnius University, The COINS has, over two decades, developed into one of the largest international student-led life sciences conferences in Europe. The conference aims to introduce emerging researchers to the latest scientific developments and innovations while fostering their integration into the international scientific community.

The programme will bring together internationally recognised scientists who will deliver lectures on current research across a broad spectrum of life sciences disciplines. In addition to keynote presentations, the conference will provide students with the opportunity to present their own research and receive professional feedback from experts in the field.

Bachelor’s, Master’s, and doctoral students are invited to submit their work for presentation in Poster, Oral, or Pitch sessions. All participants will receive certificates of participation, and outstanding presentations will be recognised with awards.

The COINS 2026 will also feature a Company Fair, offering participants the opportunity to meet representatives of leading biotechnology and life sciences companies operating in Lithuania. The event will provide a space for professional networking, career exploration, and dialogue between academia and industry.

Participants registering as a group of five or more from the same institution are eligible for a 15 per cent discount on tickets. The discount is available with a dedicated code, which can be obtained by contacting the conference organisers.
