The instrument consists of NIR-0P range cw light source, a monochromator, a cryostat and a voltage source for biasing of the sample under investigation.

The microwave probing system is also available for contactless measurements. Spectrometer allows spectral measurements in the temperature range of 100-300 K. This spectroscopy instrument can be used for the analysis of the deep levels ascribed to the technological and radiation defects.

Application. Photo-ionization spectroscopy of deep levels.
