Evaluation of film forming properties and morphology of fluorescent and non-fluorescent organic films using optical-fluorescence microscope.

Possible working regimes of optical-fluorescence microscope – dark field, bright field, fluorescent.
Resolution – 400 nm.
One sample per one measurement.

Application. The estimated film forming properties and morphology of organic films will help to determine its possibilities to be applied in modern organic electronics devices (organic light emitting diodes, organic solar cells, sensors).
