Analysis of the electric and transport characteristics of Si PIN diodes irradiated within environment under monitoring and carrier lifetime measurements.

Alternatively, the microwave probed photoconductivity transient technique on wafer fragment samples of large resistivity Si is applied. Single sample can be examined within a measurement cycle.
