Applications Open for the 2nd UNIPD Partner Days at the University of Padua

The University of Padua invites professional staff from partner universities to participate in the second edition of the UNIPD Partner Days – a four-day programme dedicated to professional development, exchange of experience and institutional cooperation.

Following the success of the first edition, the initiative offers participants an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the University of Padua’s administrative and strategic activities while engaging with colleagues from partner institutions. The programme combines training sessions, job shadowing, networking opportunities and visits to specific offices aligned with participants’ professional interests.

The event will take place from 9 to 12 June 2026 and will provide an in-depth insight into the University of Padua’s institutional operations.

The programme will begin on 9 June with an introductory day, during which participants will be introduced to the activities of the International Relations Division and receive an overview of the university’s international cooperation.

From 10 to 12 June, participants will take part in individual office visits and meetings based on their professional interests. Available divisions for these visits include the Building and Safety Division, Communication and Marketing Division, Finance and Planning Division, General and Legal Affairs Division, Human Resources Division, International Relations Division, Research and Business Relations Division, Student Services Division, and the University Museum Centre.

The programme is open to professional staff from the University of Padua’s partner universities. As the number of places is limited, applications will be evaluated by the Project and Mobility Office based on office availability and the compatibility of applicants’ professional profiles. Special consideration will be given to candidates from the Arqus Alliance.

Interested candidates are invited to complete the application form by 25 March. Selected participants will receive confirmation by 10 April.
