Arqus Lithuanian Language Café Opens at Vilnius University

Vilnius University invites members of the Arqus University Alliance community to participate in the on-site Lithuanian Language Café – an informal space for practising languages and connecting with fellow learners.
The Arqus Café is designed as a welcoming meeting place where students and staff from across the Arqus Alliance can develop their foreign language skills outside the classroom. Participants will have the opportunity to practise Lithuanian in a relaxed environment, exchange cultural insights, and engage in conversation with other language learners.
The sessions will be supported by language tutors who are proficient speakers and will help guide discussions and encourage participation. The cafés are not formal language courses but informal gatherings that provide an opportunity to practise foreign languages in a small group setting. While previous knowledge of Lithuanian may be helpful, it is not required.
Lithuanian Language Café sessions will take place at the Faculty of Philology of Vilnius University from 1 April to 30 May. Meetings will be held every Wednesday from 16:00 to 17:00. The exact room location will be shared with registered participants.
Those interested in taking part are invited to register in advance using the registration form.
