Arqus Students Invited to Join Workshops on AI in Qualitative Research

Arqus students are invited to take part in the Teaching Innovation – Qual-AI: Enhancing the Use of AI in Qualitative Research programme, a series of workshops dedicated to the use of artificial intelligence in qualitative research.

Developed by researchers from the University of Minho and the University of Padua as part of the Arqus Teaching Innovation Initiatives, the programme will explore the ethical, scientific and methodological dimensions of AI-supported research practices. The workshops are designed for undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students in sociology, geography, engineering, education and related fields.

The next sessions will take place on 3 June 2026 online at 12:00 CEST, with Juliana E. Raffaghelli, and on 18 June 2026 in person at the Azurém Campus of the University of Minho, starting at 12:00 CEST.

Participation is free of charge, but prior registration is required. Students interested in joining the workshops are invited to register here.
