Join the New Arqus Micro-Credential: Advanced Creative Thinking and Communication

Arqus is inviting applications to a micro-credential programme dedicated to the development of advanced creative thinking and communication competences. As part of its portfolio of flexible, short-cycle learning opportunities, the programme aims to foster academic, professional and personal growth.
Participants will develop the ability to generate, organise and communicate ideas effectively across diverse contexts, while engaging in reflective and collaborative approaches to problem-solving. The programme also supports the development of adaptable communication strategies tailored to different audiences and purposes. In a rapidly evolving and interconnected world, creativity and communication are recognised as key competences of the 21st century, underpinning innovation, effective teamwork and meaningful personal expression across academic, professional and social settings.
Throughout the course, participants will enhance their capacity to apply creative approaches to idea generation and problem-solving, present ideas clearly in both oral and written formats, and critically reflect on their own creative processes in order to improve collaboration and communication practices. Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded 5 ECTS credits, subject to recognition by their home institution.
The course will run from 11 May to 30 June, with the registration deadline set for 10 May. The programme includes an online introductory session, a mandatory three-day in-person workshop in Aarhus hosted by Kaospilot, a three-week virtual creative challenge that may be completed individually or in teams, and a final online reflection session. Please note that participation in the in-person workshop in Aarhus is compulsory and cannot be replaced by online attendance.
The micro-credential is open to university students from all disciplines, lifelong learners seeking to develop or update their skills, and individuals interested in strengthening their creative and communication competences. No prior specialised knowledge is required. In response to the demands of an increasingly complex and interconnected world, this learning opportunity supports participants in enhancing their adaptability, employability and ability to collaborate across diverse contexts, while contributing to the continued development of Arqus’ shared European educational offer.
