Projects Supported by University Budget

Plant Genetic Resources, Biological, Molecular Studies and Biotechnology. Prof. Habil. Dr. I. Pašakinskienė. 2011–2015.

The genetic diversity of blue-berried honeysuckle (Lonicera caerulea L.) genotypes of 3 populations was analysed by using the ISSR method. The recovering of morphological features of eight lilacs (Syringa L.) cultivars after cultivation in ex vitro condition was investigated. The tulips (Tulipa L.) cultivars from 15 classification groups were assessed for the beginning of vegetation and flowering. The evaluation of temporal dynamics of ectomycorrhizal (ECM) fungal community associated with pedunculate oak (Quercus robur L.) seedlings during first growing season in bare-root forest nursery was analysed.
