Zelda Jozefovičiūtė (1918?–?) In 1936, she entered the Biology Department of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Vytautas Magnus University. In September 1937, Jozefovičiūtė filed a request to be transferred from the Biology Department of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Vytautas Magnus University to the Department of Economics of the Faculty of Law. The request was partially granted; Jozefovičiūtė was accepted as an unclassified student on the condition that she would retake the Lithuanian language exam. In 1938, she applied for her status as a student, and her application was successful. It can be assumed that in 1940, Jozefovičiūtė and the entire faculty were transferred to continue their studies at Vilnius University, and the registration sheet of students enrolled for semesters seven and eight serves as proof of this. On 19 September 1941, Jozefovičiūtė was expelled from the university based on the Order of 17 September 1941 of the Department of Higher Education of the Board of Education. According to the database “Lithuanians in Siberia”, in 1941, Jozefovičiūtė was exiled to Altai Krai, and in 1945 she returned to Lithuania. In 1955, she filed an application expressing her wish to reclaim her original matura certificate.
