Sabina Adomaitytė-Tatjanskienė (1908–?) was born in Daugėlaičiai Village, Kybartai Rural District, Vilkaviškis County. In January 1919, she entered Kybartai Žiburys Junior College of Commerce. In 1927, she successfully completed her eight years of schooling. At that time, she was already good at history and natural sciences but had to postpone her studies due to a lack of money. She completed additional courses and worked at an elementary school for some time. In 1935, she married Jonas Tatjanskis but soon became a widow: her husband died in the summer of that year doing military service. On 23 September 1940, Adomaitytė-Tatjanskienė applied for studies at the Medical Department of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Vilnius University and was accepted. However, after completing her second semester, she stopped her studies for reasons that remain unknown. On 19 November 1941, Adomaitytė-Tatjanskienė was issued a certificate enabling her to go home for a short while. In 1942, she filed an application to the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine asking to allow her to continue her studies starting with the third semester. Her application includes no inscriptions. She was mentioned as a student in the lists and registers of household goods distributed by the Vilnius County Admission-Distribution Centre for repatriated citizens. The further course of Adomaitytė-Tatjanskienė’s studies and her fate both remain unknown.
