National Public Health Center is looking for volunteers

Sukurta: 05 April 2020

The National Public Health Center is in need of assistance in dealing with identified people who have been exposed to COVID-19.

In accordance with the recommendations of the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control, persons at high risk should be interviewed daily by telephone. They should provide data on body temperature changes, symptoms, and self-isolation (according to the Centre's procedures and questionnaire).

Specialists from the National Public Health Center will train the volunteers. Tutorials will be available in the IT Database for all volunteer that are willing to help.

Please note that volunteering will be conducted remotely using personal communication tools. If the National Public Health Center (lith. NVSC) or Ministry of Health of The Republic of Lithuania (lith. SAM) expresses an emerging need for volunteers in specific areas and you have experience in them (e.g. working in laboratories, specific communication skills, etc.), then you may be asked to volunteer in a specific area.
