Reacting to the situation surrounding COVID-19, it is natural that feelings of fear and anxiety might arise. We want to remind you that you can still get psychological help during the quarantine period. If you are experiencing any unpleasant feelings and want to talk to someone, you can get help here:

  • Vilnius University Counselling and Education Centre’s psychologists offer counselling sessions live or online via a platform of your choice (i.e. Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Google Hangouts, MS Teams, etc.).
  • To clients who feel they are experiencing symptoms of a fever, difficulty breathing or symptoms of the flu, we strongly recommend to not attend any live counselling sessions.
