Reacting to the situation surrounding COVID-19, it is natural that feelings of fear and anxiety might arise. We want to remind you that you can still get psychological help during the quarantine period. If you are experiencing any unpleasant feelings and want to talk to someone, you can get help here:

Vilnius University Counselling and Education Centre’s psychologists offer counselling sessions live (from 20 May) or online via a platform of your choice (i.e. Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Google Hangouts, MS Teams, etc.). If you are a student, we provide a 75% discount, while faculty members can receive a 50% discount. Contact to register and check the list of counsellors here.
